Now Investable

Labelcoin (now named Investable), was an early stage startup when I came along. Working directly with the founder & CEO Mark Miller, I contributed product, product marketing, operations, and growth innovation strategies. This included roadmapping new app features, functions, UX/UI, and app onboarding improvements.

Labelcoin is an iOS/Android native app, built using the blockchain, to enable artists to sell future earnings on their royalties to fans that invest in them.

Go-to-Market Strategy

Our big go-to-market launch event was to sponsor a house at SXSW in Austin, TX. Enabling us to look for early adoption users, and potential seed investors.

We offered guests of the Labelcoin house a free drink for downloading the app and creating an account - allowing us to continue to retarget them as the app moved from beta to full scale launch.

Along with downloads, we set up multiple music industry interviews and musical acts throughout the day. We had 100s of people come through and dozens that showed interest in investing in the app or partnering with us (if they were representatives of other music tech).
